Named for the native Appalachian shrub, Doghobble is the newest winery in the area and the most refreshingly different. The 80-acre certified Dahlonega Plateau AVA farm started pouring in spring 2024, with a focus on American heritage grape varieties -- Norton, Lomanto, Chambourcin, Catawba, Muscadine. Their outdoor Trellis pavilion has firepits, vineyard views, Embers pizza truck, and farm animals.
